Description

The Silk Sleeves are naturally dyed using fresh leaves in my home studio in Snug, Tasmania. The leaves are contact printed onto the fabric with a gentle steaming process. Once the leaves are used. I can’t use them again, that’s why all of my natural-dyed products are one of a kind. No nasty chemicals, just the power and hidden beauty of the leaves

Content: 92% silk, 8% spandex
Care instructions I recommend washing with wool-wash detergent either by hand in lukewarm water OR machine washing on a gentle wool cycle (up to 20°C with 600 spin)
The UPF rating applies only to the area of skin covered; maximum skin coverage helps to prevent skin damage The UPF rating does not consider the design of this item in relation to recommended body coverage. Protection may be reduced if the material is wet, stretched, or from the effects of normal wear or exposure to chemicals. Wear in combination with other sun protective clothing that has a UPF rating. For best sun protection use hats, clothing that provides maximum skin coverage, sunglasses, sunscreen and shade. Hats that shade the face, head ears and neck provide optimal protection.
