Natural Variations
As each piece is handmade using natural dyeing methods, small imperfections can sometimes occur as part of the process. These variations are part of what makes every piece unique. They are not considered a defect and are not eligible for a replacement or return.

We hand-pick the best pieces for our website; however, please note that photographs cannot fully replicate the experience of viewing an item in person. We do our best to take as many photos as possible to accurately represent each item, but differences in devices and screens may affect how colours and details appear.

Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. Please note we do not offer returns for change of mind.

If a genuine defect has occurred on our end, we’re happy to offer a replacement piece or a refund. As every piece is unique, we are only able to offer a similar item as a replacement, rather than an identical one.

Shipping
We ship within Australia as well as internationally to Europe and New Zealand, via Australia Post, with orders shipped within 1–5 business days. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post’s own timeframes — please refer to their website for current estimates. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
